David Guidice was born and raised in Rochester, New York. A graduate of the Eastman School of Music with a Bachelors Degree in Jazz Piano Performance and Contemporary Media. There he studied with Harold Danko and Tony Caramia. This is quite an accomplishment for David who started playing by ear his grandparents upright piano until his first lesson at age 12. David is a vocalist as well as a pianist and has been performing since age 5.

David Guidice is a two time consecutive winner of Down Beat Magazine Student Music Awards for Outstanding Performance by a Jazz Vocalist in 2002 and 2003 for Outstanding College Performance. In March 2003, he made his debut as a featured vocalist with the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra at Eastman Theatre conducted by Jeff Tyzik celebrating Richard Rodgers' Centennial and again with the RPO in July of 2003 at the Finger Lakes Performing Arts Center. He made his New York debut in August 2003, celebrating the release of his first CD entitled TIME TO START at Shelly's New York. He has also performed at numerous clubs and cabarets such as, Montage Grill in Rochester, New York, The Lodge at Woodcliff, Downstairs Cabaret Theatre, Tavern on the Green in New York City, Sweet Rhythm, and Summit Restaurant and Lounge.

David has performed with artists such as Tony Bennett, Jack Dejohnette, David Mancini, Gap Mangione, Bobby McFerrin, and Marian McPartland. He has been featured on Fox 31, Channel 9 R News, Channel 10 "The Morning Show," WGMC 90.1 Jazz Radio in Rochester, Tony and Dee in the Morning 100.5, 98 PXY, WXXI, WTBQ, WVOF, and The Jim Lowe Show in New York City. David recently moved to New York City to star in his first Off Broadway Debut in "Our Sinatra" playing at Birdland Jazz Club, one of the most prestigious jazz clubs in the world. In 2004, he had the luxury of performing back home at the Third Annual Rochester International Jazz Festival.
